How the AI Works
Our AI model has been trained on millions of coin images spanning thousands of coin types from ancient civilisations to modern mints. When you upload a photo, the AI analyses the portrait, inscriptions, reverse design, edge type, size, and metal colour simultaneously — cross-referencing against our database to deliver a complete identification in seconds. The results include country, year, denomination, mint mark, metal content, mintage figures, and an estimated value range.
